~ The Fine Print ~ Deposit to guarantee reservation is one night's lodging. Reservations for more than 3 nights require a 50% deposit. Billing Address A nonrefundable $5 charge will be added to your bill if your billing address is not affirmed by your credit card company. Be sure to provide your correct billing address. If the charge process returns a code of YY, that means your street address and zip code have been confirmed. YN, NY, or NN will result in the additional $5 charge. This is not negotiable and not refundable. Cancellation of the
reservation, or any portion thereof, made two weeks or more prior to
reservation date will be refunded in full, less a 10% administrative
fee. Special Events and Holiday Weekends require 30 days notice of
cancellation for deposit refund. Deposits
will not be returned without 14 or more days notice of
cancellation. Timberwolf Creek is a non-smoking establishment. If you or your guests smoke indoors, you will be billed an additional night's stay to air the room, and a $50 cleaning fee. No tipping - We think you ought to pay once, and then sit back and be pampered. (We also do not charge silly fees with The Black Bear Cottage in the Woods, like silly cleaning fees, silly pet fees, silly "extra" person fees, silly "oh you wanted to Use the amenities?" fees... ) All other policies involve making your stay enjoyable, comfortable, and spoiling you rotten. Please note that the state of North Carolina does have a 10% Sales & Lodging Tax, which we are required by law to collect for stays of less than 180 days. We are pleased to accept Discover, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, cash, or your personal check. |
